PRE PROFESSIONAL CABARET
22ND MARCH AT THE OTHER PALACE
On 22nd March 2026, our Pre-Professional students took to the West End stage for the very first Voices Cabaret at The Other Palace Theatre.
Performed to a sold-out audience, the evening showcased the incredible talent, versatility and dedication of our Pre-Professional performers through a carefully curated programme of solos, duets and group numbers. For many of the students, this marked their first opportunity to perform in a West End venue, making the occasion even more special.
The cabaret featured a wide range of musical theatre repertoire, allowing students to demonstrate not only their vocal ability, but also their storytelling, stagecraft and performance skills. Standout moments included the company opening number Roaring On from The Great Gatsby and the powerful closing performance of Welcome to the Rock from Come From Away, both of which captured the professionalism and energy of the group. A particularly memorable moment came from the Voices teaching team, who performed a special arrangement of For Forever from Dear Evan Hansen, created by Principal Alice Auer.
More than just a performance, the evening was a celebration of the hard work and commitment shown by our Pre-Professional students throughout the year. Designed to mirror professional industry standards, the cabaret provided valuable experience in preparing, rehearsing and performing at a high level.
We are incredibly proud of every performer who stepped onto the stage and represented Voices with such confidence, maturity and artistry. The success of this first cabaret marks an exciting new chapter for our Pre-Professional programme, and we look forward to creating even more opportunities for our students in the future.
